RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuation
This is a popular style of report presented in an easy to read format designed by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It focuses on the main elements of the property, significant repairs and those matters requiring urgent attention. It is an ideal report to help you assess whether the property is a reasonable purchase at the agreed price and what actions to take before you proceed with your purchase.

- Any major faults which are a threat to the fabric of the building and may affect the value
- Urgent problem areas which require further investigation and quotations before you sign a contract
- Results of damp tests to ground floor walls
