Are you a people person who enjoys meeting new people and has a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and punctual Accompanied Viewer to join our team.

As an Accompanied Viewer, you will support clients during property viewings, helping to create a positive and professional experience. You will provide information about properties, answer basic questions, and ensure viewings run smoothly.

This role is Part-time and based on approximately 12-15 hours per week. Self-employment would also be considered.

The role is primarily based in our Whitehaven office, although you may occasionally be required to support our other locations on an ad hoc basis.

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• Previous experience in property, estate agency, or customer service is desirable but not essential
• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and strong timekeeping
