Secretary/Executive Assistant

The Role:  We are now looking for a part time Secretary/Executive Assistant for our Cockermouth office to provide Secretarial and admin support to our Sales, Lettings and Survey teams, and PA support to Head of Sales and the Business Support Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Production of Sales documentation
  • Preparation of Lettings and property management documentation.
  • Production of Survey reports and associated documentation
  • Produce relevant correspondence for New Homes
  • Production of invoices for Sales, Lettings, Surveys and New Homes
  • Responsibility for stationery and office supplies
  • PA support to the Head of Sales
  • PA Support to the Business Support Manager
  • Admin support to the Sales, Lettings and Survey teams

The Candidate:  We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude to secretarial and admin duties, with excellent time management and organisational skills and with effective communication skills. This is an extremely busy role which requires a high degree of accuracy and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

Hours of Work:  The hours are part time and are 30 hours per week during our office hours of 9am to 5.30pm.
