Terms and Conditions
- Free flooring includes carpet in the hallway, stairs, landing, lounge, and four bedrooms, and laminate Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring in the kitchen/dining, utility, downstairs W/C, bathroom, and ensuite. Flooring is from Castles and Coasts’ standard range, with colour and style options available. Optional upgrades are at the purchaser’s cost.
- This offer applies to Plots 1 and 20 at Summerscales only.
- Reservations must be made by 31st January 2026, with a £5,000 reservation fee payable to Castles and Coasts.
- Castles and Coasts will contribute up to £2,000 + VAT towards the purchaser’s legal fees. An itemised invoice from the solicitor or conveyancer must be provided at completion, and fees will be deducted from the completion statement. If the sale does not complete, legal fees remain the purchaser’s responsibility.
- No cash alternative is available.
