In this week’s blog we’re going to be looking at recruitment and why working for Grisdales is so great! We currently have two vacancies in our Workington office and we’ll start by detailing those roles.

 

New Home Sales Advisor

The Role:  We are currently looking for a Part Time Sales Advisor to welcome visitors to The Meadows site at High Harrington.  You will need to be service driven and sales focused with the ability to make connections and engage with our clients.

Hours: Thursday to Monday; 10.30am – 4.30pm

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handle telephone enquiries and emails
  • Introduce buyers to the showhouse experience
  • Record their contact details, follow up interest – manage the buyer database
  • Handle the reservation process and negotiate and agree sales
  • Manage buyers choices and expectations
  • Sales progression, liaising with solicitors
  • Support the handover process

The Candidate:  Estate agency experience would be desirable for this role, and a high level of customer service skills essential. We are looking for someone with great soft skills and someone who can engage with our client base. A full driving licence is essential for this position.

 

Letting Negotiator

The Role: We are currently looking for a Full Time Lettings Negotiator for our Workington office who is service driven with the ability to make connections and engage with our clients.

Hours: Full Time

Key responsibilities include:

  • Active and effect support to the Branch Manager and Lettings Manager
  • Promoting the business and company profile
  • Achieving agreed office targets
  • Business generation – seeking opportunities
  • Letting progression
  • Proactive approach to maintaining quality stock
  • Building and Maintaining the prospective tenant database
  • Carrying out tenant and landlord reviews
  • Landlord and Tenant Liaison
  • Reception management

The Candidate: Estate agency experience would be desirable for this role, and customer service skills would be preferable. We are looking for someone with great soft skills and someone who can engage with our client base. A full driving licence is essential for this position.
