We may refer you to conveyancing firms including Napthens, Bendles and Landmark. Referral fees typically range between £100 and £225 per completed transaction.
Mortgage Advice
Where we introduce you to our mortgage adviser, The Right Advice, we may receive a referral fee. The amount varies depending on the product and lender.
Surveys
We may introduce you to independent surveyors, including Connells. Referral fees may be a fixed amount or a percentage of the survey fee.
Lettings, Landlord & Tenant Services
For services such as tenant referencing, insurance products, and utility switching, we may introduce you to trusted providers, including Goodlord for tenant and landlord insurance, and Helpthemove for utility switches. We may receive a small referral commission for these introductions, typically between £8 and £15 per service.
