One of the industry’s most prestigious awards ceremonies took place on 22nd September at Battersea Park, London. Sponsored by On the Market, the EA Masters annual ceremony brings Estate Agents, Lettings Agents and industry suppliers together for a day jam-packed day filled with exhibitions, showcases, conferences and the main event, the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards.
Grisdales at the Uk's Biggest Estate Agency Event
Captain of the Grisdales ship, MD Rachel Ritson, joined thousands of other industry professionals at the UK’s biggest estate agency awards. She had the chance to meet up with hundreds of other property agents and industry suppliers, all aiming to raise the bar in Estate Agent and Letting Agency.

This year’s special guests, well-known barrister turned broadcaster, Robert Rinder MBE presenting the Awards and Sky Sports presenter David Jones was also present.
Scores on the Doors
During the ceremony, Grisdales Estate Agents were awarded an EXCELLENT rating in Sales and Lettings for 2023 and will feature in this upcoming Best Estate Agents Guide for Lettings. This marks the fourth consecutive award for the team, with previous wins including:
- BEAG Excellent in Sales and Lettings 2022
- BEAG Exceptional in Lettings 2021
- BEAG Excellent in Lettings 2020
- Shortlisted for BEAG in Lettings in 2019
