Tenant repairs are managed through an online repairs reporting system hosted on PropertyFile. Log in and select ‘Report an Issue’ to submit a repair and a member of our Property Portfolio Team will then be in touch.

In order to improve our tenant’s experience in letting with us, we have moved our repairs management system to PropertyFile.
PropertyFile is an online portal that brings together maintenance reporting and important tenancy information. This portal will provide a central hub where you can report and check the status of your repairs, as well as access key tenancy information such as rental payments and deposits.
By now, all our tenants should have received an email inviting them to join the portal. If you are experiencing difficulties in accessing the system, please get in touch with our Property Management Team by emailing propertymanagement@grisdales.co.uk.
