Moving Over Christmas
It usually takes anywhere between a week or 2 to prepare a property for a new tenancy. Whilst we are able to accommodate move-ins throughout December, it’s usually best to plan ahead around this time of year.
Tenant Maintenance & Repairs
Our offices will remain open for the majority of the festive season. We will continue to monitor incoming and existing repairs but will prioritise those which are urgent. All repairs should continue to be reported via our online system.

I'm a Tenant and have an Emergency
Whilst we endeavour to ensure our repairs service continues to operate over the Christmas period, there may be times when an emergency does crop up whilst our offices are closed and our trusted contractors are enjoying a well-deserved holiday.
In the first instance, please refer to our opening hours to establish if our offices are open before logging a repair via the repairs portal:
- If our offices are closed and your repair requires immediate attention, please contact our emergency contractors on the numbers below. Following this, log all details of the emergency, the contractor and the outcome via the repairs portal.
- If our offices are open, our team will be notified of the emergency and will be in touch to organise a repair.
Please bear in mind that if reported works are not deemed an emergency (I.E could be delayed until normal opening hours resume), you may be liable for costs incurred.
