UPDATE: Our Big Walk 23rd June 2021 23 Jun 2021
We're thrilled to have hit our 4th milestone!
You may have heard that Team Grisdales took on the challenge of completing the world’s longest walk throughout 2021. We’re trekking over 14k miles, virtually, from South Africa to Russia and donating to a local cause for each 2,000 checkpoint we reach.

8027 Miles down – only 6737 to go
As of the beginning of the week, we’re racked up an impressive 635 miles as a team. On our virtual journey, we’ve been following the coast of The Black Sea in Georgia and quickly approaching Sochi.
As we hit the 8 thousand mile mark, we’re excited to smash our fourth milestone which means we’re ready to present our next £100 pounds.
Owl Blue, Maryport - "Life should be beautiful"
Our fourth charity is Owl Blue, who work with families of children with hidden disabilities.
Based in Maryport, the charity’s mission is to ‘achieve an overall understanding of hidden disabilities in the wider community to help create an all inclusive society’. The organisation offers support from qualified practitioners on a one-to-one basis to families and carers and runs group talks to provide guidance to larger organisations such as health professionals.

As we continue on our walk, we’re still looking for local community groups or charities to donate to. If you have one in mind, get in touch and let us know.
