Buying in West Cumbria in 2022

The appeal to live in rural towns like Cleator Moor and Egremont has grown over the past year, as an influx of hybrid workers seek out countryside properties following the move away from office-based working as a result of the pandemic. After all, we have an abundance of beautiful landscapes and scenery at our disposal which is proven to equate to happier living.
Buyers are also seeking out larger properties with more living space, a further knock-on effect of the time spent at home throughout 2020-2021. But be buyers must be quick, buyer demand is still hugely outweighing supply – although these levels are thought to return to normal in the coming future.
